Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to ensure transparency and clarity regarding shipping costs and refunds. Please note the following information:

Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact contact@helpcustomer24h.com within 30 days of the delivery date to return or exchange the product.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs include the costs of handling, packaging, handling, and shipping your order. These costs are not related to the price of the product and are non-refundable.

Refunds: For returns, we will refund the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable unless there is an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or the product is damaged. Shipping costs are not refundable once a shipping label has been created for an order, as per the cancellation policy above.

Special Circumstances: In special circumstances, if Lainemyn deems it necessary to refund shipping costs, we will review and consider such requests on a case-by-case basis. Any decision to refund shipping costs in special circumstances is at the sole discretion of Lainemyn.

Shipping Suspension

We understand that in some circumstances you may need to delay shipment. We are happy to hold orders to accommodate situations like these:

Holding Period: We offer a free holding period of up to 60 days from the lead time of your order during which we will not ship. You must request a hold on your order by emailing contact@helpcustomer24h.com  before checkout.

Extended Holding Period after 60 Days: If you require an extended holding period after the initial 60 days, we offer full holding services for a fee. After the free 60-day holding period, we will charge a fee of $100 per month to hold your order in our facility. This fee covers the storage and management of your items during the extended holding period.

Arranging Delivery of a Held Order: Once you are ready to receive your order, we need your confirmation to arrange shipment and delivery. Please contact our customer support team at contact@helpcustomer24h.com

Holding fees are non-refundable.

The 60-day holding period begins on the date of purchase.

Any applicable shipping charges, including those for an extended holding period, are separate from the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
